Bert is great at his job because he really cares what will work best for his customers. He replaced an old bulky heater and installed a smaller heater and mounted it on my wall since I have a small condo unit. He took time to find out my situation and what my needs are and how he can make my heating situation would work. He is also great at communication and responding to questions.
